Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for hands-on leader who can motivate teams, ensure safety and keep production running smoothly. It requires strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire a team, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Lead and mentor production staff, creating a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Monitor production schedules, adjust workflows as necessary, and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Improve processes, reduce wastage and encourage cross-training.
  • Ensure daily targets, quality and safety standards are met.
  • Track shift performance and report to the manager.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing or production is essential.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
  • Strong problem solving abilities and excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
  • A valid forklift license with experience in sit down counterbalance propane.

Note: Candidate should be authorize to work full time for any employer in Canada.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
