OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager who will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative technology solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes for our clients. This role is central to understanding customer needs, defining the product vision, and guiding cross-functional teams to bring digital products from concept to launch.

This opportunity is open to full-time salaried employees, contract employees, and Independent Contractors. 


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE:   

  • Develop, communicate, and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and user needs.
  • Lead sprint planning, scrum meetings, and agile ceremonies as needed to ensure alignment and progress across teams.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Agile Delivery Managers, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver cohesive, high-value outcomes.
  • Develop user stories and collaborate on defining and documenting requirements that clearly translate business needs into actionable development tasks
  • Provide thoughtful feedback on technical designs, ensure the product meets accessibility and usability standards.
  • Define, track, and report on key success metrics to evaluate progress and inform decisions.
  • Oversee production deployments, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain clear, regular communication with stakeholders, updating them on progress, seeking feedback, and ensuring shared understanding of priorities.
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, communicating the rationale for prioritization and ensuring the team's efforts align with the product vision.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of key project artifacts including the Product Vision, Roadmap, Success Metrics, and User Stories.


WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU'LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:

  • Mandatory experience working with Wi-Fi
  • Familiarity with networking basics—such as WiFi standards, access points, controllers, RF fundamentals, experience with software-driven Wi-Fi solutions, and cloud-managed capabilities.
  • Able to define and execute a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with organizational goals and user needs.
  • Proficient in digital product delivery using user research, usability design, analytics, accessibility, and agile development principles.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively at senior levels
  • Proven ability to lead changes through collaboration and influence across a matrixed or complex organizational environment.
  • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills, with experience building empowered, high-performing teams through effective delegation, coaching, and support.
  • Strategic problem-solving and decision-making abilities in balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
