Reports to: Boutique Manager - F&B

Contract: Permanent and Full-Time as of Spring 2026

Your role at Chanel:

As an Esthetician, your main purpose will be to create a unique, memorable spa experience for each-client, with passion.

What impact you can create at Chanel:

• Primary responsibility is to provide professional skin care treatments using the procedures and standards established by CHANEL;

• Recommend a maintenance program and products to be used at home with instruction on best techniques;

• CHANEL Insider: have a solid knowledge of the Brand, its heritage, modernity and know-how, and share it with the clients as well as the team;

• Create a tailor-made client experience, personalized solutions for each visit and each client, using the CHANEL experience ritual and building long-lasting relationship with clients;

• Contribute to build the business by achieving sales targets, using all levers such as products, services, data capture, etc., to retain, recruit and grow client return rate.

Although comprehensive, the job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be added according to the needs of the business.

What you will bring to the role:

• Accredited certification in Aesthetics (Proof of certification will be required during the interview process);

• A minimum of five (5) years experience within luxury spa environment;

• A team player that believes in hard work, likes challenge, and possesses a passion for the spa industry and creating incomparable experiences for spa guests;

• Excellent communication skills with keen desire to create the ultimate client experience;

• Skilled and knowledgeable regarding luxury beauty products;

• Generosity and "art of caring";

• Curiosity, openness and eagerness to learn;

• Enthusiasm, energy and motivation;

• Storytelling and ability to engage and inspire.
