SAP Pre-Sales Engineer

As we scale rapidly across North America, we are seeking a SAP Cloud ERP Presales Lead to elevate our customer engagements, design compelling solution stories, and lead end-to-end demo cycles that win deals.
Role Summary
The SAP Cloud ERP Presales Lead will be the face of Qubittron's SAP expertise during sales cycles. You will design and deliver high-impact demos of SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) and integrated SAP BTP capabilities to C-suite executives, operations leaders, and technical teams.
This role requires a unique blend of SAP product mastery, business acumen, storytelling ability, and demo excellence. Your work will directly influence revenue growth and differentiate Qubittron in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Demo Leadership
•Lead end-to-end presales cycles for SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition).
•Build, configure, and tailor demo environments for customer scenarios.
•Deliver compelling demos that clearly articulate business outcomes, ROI, and transformation value.
•Create demo scripts and value narratives for industries such as healthcare, medical equipment, retail/distribution, and manufacturing.
Customer Discovery and Solution Mapping
•Run discovery workshops to understand business challenges, processes, KPIs, and integration needs.
•Translate customer requirements into SAP solution architecture using both core S/4 modules and SAP BTP services.
•Map Qubittron's SAP and AI offerings to the customer's strategic objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to shape proposals and demos.
•Support creation of RFP responses, business cases, and value engineering documents.
•Provide internal enablement to consultants and BDRs on SAP Cloud ERP capabilities.
Industry and Product Expertise
•Stay current on SAP S/4HANA Cloud innovations, roadmaps, and best practices.
•Demonstrate expertise in two or more areas:
• Order-to-Cash
• Procure-to-Pay
• Inventory and Warehouse Management
• Subscription Billing and Event-Based Revenue Recognition (EBRR)
• Finance (GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting)
• Analytics, CDS Views, API Integration
• Understand multi-entity requirements such as medical rentals, clinical billing, subscription equipment, institutional pricing, and payroll integrations.
Thought Leadership
•Represent Qubittron at customer workshops, conferences, webinars, and industry events.
•Support marketing through thought leadership content, demo videos, and product walkthroughs.
**Required Skills and Experience
Must-Have**
•7+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, including at least 3 years in Presales or Solution Advisory roles.
•Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition processes and configuration.
•Demonstrated ability to run high-quality demos for CFOs, CEOs, COOs, and operations leaders.
•Expertise in at least two functional areas (SD, MM, PP, Finance, Inventory, Subscription Billing).
•Experience with CDS views, OData services, SAP BTP, and integration scenarios.
•Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
