Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry and woodwork that meet precise specifications. Responsibilities

• Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately craft cabinetry and wood components.
• Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood and other materials using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques.
• Install cabinets, fixtures, doors, siding, trim carpentry elements, and related hardware on-site with precision.
• Perform framing carpentry tasks such as metal stud framing or wood framing as needed for custom projects.
• Conduct surface preparation including sanding, caulking, plastering, and painting to ensure smooth finishes.
• Handle heavy lifting safely during material transport and installation processes.
• Utilize construction estimating skills to assist in project planning and material procurement.
• Read and interpret schematics or blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.
• Execute restoration projects involving water damage remediation, mold remediation, or structural repairs with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects involving flooring installation, tile laying, masonry work, or electrical experience when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met or exceeded.

Experience

Candidates should possess a strong background in construction site experience with hands-on woodworking or cabinetry work. Prior experience in the restoration industry or manufacturing environments is highly valued. Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, drills, chisels; power tools including routers and sanders; CNC machinery; and schematics reading is essential. Experience with plumbing, electrical systems related to fixtures or cabinetry; metal stud framing; rebar installation; roofing; siding; drywall finishing; plastering; caulking; stucco application; heavy lifting; flooring installation; tile laying; masonry; water damage restoration; mold remediation; fixture installation; remodeling projects; construction painting; metal stud framing; assembly work; water damage restoration processes; plumbing systems; electrical wiring; carpentry in general—these skills will set you apart as a top candidate. Applicants should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of construction estimating processes along with excellent craftsmanship in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, woodworking techniques, fabrication methods, and restoration procedures. A valid driver's license with reliable transportation is preferred for site visits. This role is paid — including internships — emphasizing the importance of valuing every contribution within our team.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
