Audit  - Lead Associate
About the Role

We're looking for a talented Audit - Lead Associate with external audit experience to join our client's forward-thinking team. This role offers a perfect balance of challenge and growth for professionals with 1-3 years of auditing experience who are ready to take their career to the next level.

What You'll Do
Partner with our accomplished audit team to drive compliance and excellenceLead components of periodic audits, applying your external audit expertise to ensure accuracy and regulatory complianceCraft insightful, actionable reports for senior managementMentor junior team members while continuously refining your own expertiseInnovate and optimize audit procedures to enhance efficiency and effectivenessLeverage CaseWare and other advanced auditing technologiesWhat You Bring
1-3 years of proven experience in auditing, including external audit exposureDeep understanding of auditing standards, control frameworks, and risk assessmentSolid grasp of regulatory requirements across relevant industriesExceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detailLeadership potential with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectivelyStrong technical proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly ExcelExperience with accounting and auditing software platformsBSc/BA in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree and CPA/CA certification highly valued)
