Vaughan, Ontario, Canada Tree Doctors Inc., Full time $62,400 - $71,200 per year

Tree service company is currently hiring an experienced Tractor Operator to join our snow removal team in Vaughan for the upcoming winter season.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a tractor with various attachments to clear snow from commercial and residential properties safely and efficiently.

**Wage: $30–$35 per hour, with a stand-by option available**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a tractor with a plow and other attachments to remove snow from parking lots, driveways, walkways, and other areas
  • Load and unload material using the tractor as required
  • Ensure equipment is operated and maintained properly
  • Respond promptly to snow events (on-call, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • Maintain safety standards while working in challenging winter conditions
  • Communicate with dispatch and team leads as needed
  • Report any equipment or property damage immediately

Requirements:

  • Valid Full G Driver's License
  • 2 years or more of previous experience operating tractors or heavy equipment for snow removal
  • Strong understanding of safe snow-clearing practices
  • Ability to work long hours in extreme weather conditions
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
  • Must be available for on-call, 24/7 availability during snow events

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
