We are only interested in candidates with:

- 3+ years experience as a landscape maintenance lead hand (driving crew truck & managing a team of landscapers)

- Full drivers license with a clean driving record

And without:

- Drug and Alcohol problems

(please note: we employ several people who have gone through recovery, and we know exactly what substance abuse problems look like; you will be terminated immediately should we discover you have one)

This is a full-time position with work available all winter.

If you posses other skills, such as the ability to do carpentry, painting, ladder work, the ability to operate a boom lift, knowledge about things such as roof services, weatherproofing, irrigation, pressure washing/window washing, plumbing, electrical, or any other service that our strata buildings may require there will be opportunities for you to make considerably more than $35/hr, as we plan to expand our company to include a wide variety of property services on top of landscaping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 44 per week
