Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep professional in our modern Snack Bar, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in creating a seamless dining experience. In this lively and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment while assisting with food preparation to support our culinary team. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help ensure that every dish served meets our high standards of quality and hygiene, contributing to an exceptional hospitality experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients under the guidance of the culinary team.
  • Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring serving stations are stocked and clean.
  • Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas, including countertops, sinks, floors, and storage spaces, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene in all aspects of food prep and service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of prepared foods and maintain an organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable, especially in food service or catering environments.
  • Familiarity with food handling safety standards and cleaning protocols.
  • Experience with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, or basic cooking is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed.
  • Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
