Role: Shipper/ Receiver
Maternity Leave Coverage
Onsite Monday to Friday 9am-5 pm
Pay rate: $23- $27/hour + 4% vacation pay
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, package, and ship medical imaging devices and parts to customers and service providers
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries and match against purchase orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP system
- Organize and manage warehouse space, including labeling and stock rotation
- Coordinate with logistics providers and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure all shipments comply with applicable handling, labeling, and regulatory requirements
- Support production with timely part retrieval and inventory restocking
- Work with engineering and customer service teams to coordinate RMAs and service exchanges
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory-related role
- Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, electronics, or manufacturing preferred)
- Familiarity with packaging standards, freight carriers, and shipping documentation
- Comfortable using ERP systems, inventory tracking software, and shipping platforms
- Physically capable of lifting and handling boxes and equipment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Additional Assets
- Experience with international shipping and customs processes
- Basic understanding of ISO 13485 or medical device documentation practices
