About the Role

We're looking for a full-time Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This is a dynamic role that will touch many areas of the business, including office administration, invoicing, ordering, filing, shipping support, answering calls, and acting as a point of contact for customers and vendors.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage their time effectively, and comfortable following direction—or taking the lead when needed. A positive attitude and a friendly smile are a must

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration and maintenance
  • Invoicing and accounting support
  • Ordering and inventory management
  • Filing and record keeping
  • Assisting with order fulfillment and shipping
  • Handling phone calls and correspondence
  • Liaising with customers and vendors

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or certificate in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of the health food industry is an asset

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Professional business and telephone etiquette
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable operating general office equipment and software
