About the Role
We're looking for a full-time Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This is a dynamic role that will touch many areas of the business, including office administration, invoicing, ordering, filing, shipping support, answering calls, and acting as a point of contact for customers and vendors.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage their time effectively, and comfortable following direction—or taking the lead when needed. A positive attitude and a friendly smile are a must
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and maintenance
- Invoicing and accounting support
- Ordering and inventory management
- Filing and record keeping
- Assisting with order fulfillment and shipping
- Handling phone calls and correspondence
- Liaising with customers and vendors
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or certificate in a relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of the health food industry is an asset
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Professional business and telephone etiquette
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable operating general office equipment and software
