We are seeking an experienced Certified Dental Assistant II to join our team. The candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dental care to our patients. Aurora Dental Studio is a family dentistry practice that takes pride in putting our patients at the center of everything that we do. If you want to grow with us, come meet us for a career changing opportunity We are looking for coverage on Tuesdays (9:30 - 5:30pm) and Thursdays (9:30 - 5:30pm). Additional days will become available as the clinic continues to grow.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

· Certified Dental Assistant Level II (NDAEB certified)

· HARP certification

· Dental Assisting experience (min. 2 years)

· Strong command of the English language, verbal and written

· Tracker and Itero scanner experience are a strong asset

· Excellent organizational, communication and people skills

· Quick learner with technology and strong team player

· Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced work environment

· Strong attention to detail

DUTIES:

· Provide chairside assistance to dentist during dental procedures

· Prepare the treatment room, sterilize instruments

· Take digital x-rays, digital scans using iTero

· Take alginate and digital impressions

· Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care

· Maintain accurate patient records and complete charting and treatment planning in Tracker

· Manage dental supplies inventory

Start date: immediately.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and performance.

Required license or certification: Certified Dental Assistant (Level 2, passed NDAEB), HARP, IPAC

Knowledge of MS Office, Tracker, Itero
