We're looking for a Certified Level II Dental Assistant who is organized, dependable, and passionate about dentistry and patient care.
Duties
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms for each patient.
- Assist the dentist chairside during all dental procedures.
- Take digital x-rays, intraoral scans, and impressions.
- Restock operatories and sterilization areas daily.
- Seat patients on time and maintain efficient patient flow.
- Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Provide post-operative care instructions and ensure patient comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
- Support front office tasks as needed (confirming appointments, updating patient information).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
Qualifications
- Certified Level II Dental Assistant (HARP Certified) – required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical dental assisting experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with Abeldent, Sprintray is an asset.
