The McMaster Children's Hospital Autism Program is an ambulatory service for autistic children and youth. These services have strong links to McMaster University's Departments of Pediatrics and Psychiatry, McMaster Autism Research Team (MacART) and the Offord Centre for Child Studies.
Monday to Friday; days (possible occasional evenings or weekends)
This position is temporary until August 2027

1. Master's Degree in Psychology or Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) preferred (Master's Degree in a related field will be considered)
2. Registered as a Registered Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario
3. Extensive experience and training in ABA with autistic children and youth
4. Minimum (3) three to (5) five years recent experience with individuals with autism
5. Minimum (3) three to (5) five years of relevant supervisory experience
6. Demonstrated skills in leadership and training
7. Experience in developing evaluation systems
8. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
9. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
10. Ability to be flexible in work schedule in order to meet client and staff needs
11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
12. Valid driver's license and access to an adequately insured vehicle
13. Must be able to obtain a valid Vulnerable Sector Screen (VSS)
14. Fluency in French will be considered an asset.
