Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Finance located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Director of Finance will oversee financial planning, prepare and analyze financial statements, manage reporting processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The role includes implementing strategies to optimize financial performance and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. Additionally, the Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage budgets and analyze financial data to drive growth and efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
  • Proven experience in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and actionable insights supporting key business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience in hospitality or real estate industries is highly desirable.
  • Commitment to working on-site in the Greater Toronto Area.
