Follows all Operations standards and guidelines for safe preparation of food and operation of equipment ,according to training and operational materials provided.

Regularly takes temperatures of required products.

Follows all restaurant policies, procedures and standards.

Knows, understands and follows safe work practices and procedures.

Supports a clean environment that is ready for rush periods and time-sensitive requests through regular clean up, organization and stocking of the kitchen with an appropriate sense of urgency.

Follows proper hand washing technique and all sanitation guidelines. Completes all sanitation tasks and food prep tasks as outlined by the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor or Restaurant owner.

Works to ensure dining room, guest bathrooms and outside parking lot and garbages are clean, organized and maintained according to our Always Fresh and Operational Standards. This position has an opportunity for cross training and advancements. Safe food handling certification will be offered to the hired applicant.
