Duties - Union

Term Labourer's work in a variety of positions that support parks-related duties to maintain the City of Kelowna's Urban Forest and Natural Parks during the summer season.

Results and Activities - Non union

Credentials - Union

Highschool Diploma or Equivalent

Experience performing general labourer duties

Experience in horticulture

Excellent customer service and communications skills

Flexibility and teamwork

Driver's License Class 5

A Level II First Aid Certificate would be an asset

Knowledge - Non Union

Physical Demands

Outside work in all weather conditions including extreme heat. Lifting, pulling and carrying loads up to 50 lbs. Bending, twisting, standing and walking on uneven terrain.
