We are looking for a skilled
Millwright
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment to keep our operations running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, install, align, maintain, repair, troubleshoot, inspect, dismantle, and move machinery and industrial equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment issues, identify irregularities or malfunctions, make necessary adjustments, and repair or replace parts.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment (arc, MIG, TIG, plasma, and gas).
  • Perform welding, cutting, machining, and prepare bases for equipment installations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and manuals to determine proper work procedures.
  • Operate hand and power tools, as well as larger equipment such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders for part fabrication.
  • Safely use hoisting and lifting equipment (cranes, jacks, forklifts) to position machinery and components.
  • Complete preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment as required.
  • Fabricate tooling, fixtures, or welding cell components to replace worn or damaged tooling.
  • Service and program robotic welders, including writing new programs or re-teaching existing ones.
  • Document all work performed and time spent, reporting to the Maintenance Group Leader or designated supervisor.
  • Complete maintenance work requests and CIFs as needed.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • Grade 12 Diploma or GED (required).
  • Certified Millwright with a valid Certificate of Qualification (C of Q).
