Specializing in motor vehicle accident injuries and holistic wellness, our team of healthcare professionals delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care including physiotherapy, chiropractic treatment, massage therapy, and therapeutic movement programs.

We are seeking a qualified Pilates Instructor to join our rehabilitation team at our Brentwood location. This role focuses on therapeutic Pilates instruction as part of our integrated approach to patient recovery and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients by maintaining a hazard-free space and providing safety guidance.
  • Lead Pilates classes for individuals or small groups (up to 6 participants).
  • Advocate for the benefits of Pilates and overall health.
  • Design customized Pilates programs based on clients' posture types and abilities.
  • Adapt classes for mixed-ability groups, offering modifications, progressions, and personalized instruction as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching Pilates (or in a related field).
  • Education and certification in exercise instruction is highly recommended.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Physiology is an asset.
  • Personal Training Certification is a plus.
  • Required certification in Pilates. Recommended certifications include (but are not limited to):
  • PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) Certification
  • Stott Pilates Certification
