Our Cash Team is the final touchpoint in the GARDENWORKS guest experience — ensuring every visit ends on a positive note. We're looking for a passionate people person to take a lead role in overseeing our daily cash operations. This full-time role (40 hrs/week, $20–$22/hr) is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

  • Champion the GARDENWORKS Brand by delivering outstanding service to every guest
  • Oversee daily cash operations and ensure accuracy
  • Mentor and support new team members on POS system use, guest service strategies, and sales goals
  • Reconcile cash drawers and resolve discrepancies
  • Liaise with the POS systems support team to identify and correct pricing or scanning errors
  • Assist with various administrative functions
