Goodman, Elbassiouni LLP, is a plaintiff-side litigation firm located in Etobicoke. We are seeking to hire knowledgeable and dedicated Law Clerk to join our expanding legal team.

Job description

The successful candidate/s should possess the following qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Law Clerk program is an asset
  • 0-3 years of law clerk experience working with Tort in a personal injury firm is an asset
  • Proficiency with the Rules of Civil Procedures and/or SAB'S
  • Experience in responding to undertakings, preparation of AOD, medical requests etc. (an asset)
  • Exceptional communication, customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a large volume of documents, prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with FileVine (an asset) , Microsoft, and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
