Job description

Pro Energy is currently searching for a driven, self-motivated and passionate Sales Representative.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and promoting our generator rental, sales, and service offerings. This role requires a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and a results-driven mindset.

We specialize in generator rentals, sales, and full-service maintenance, serving a diverse range of industries including construction, commercial, industrial, and emergency response sectors. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Manages and reports sales activities and opportunities in the CRM
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client feedback.
  • Analyzes and keeps up to date on changing market conditions, customer requirements and competitive trends.

Requirements:

  • A valid Journeyman Electrician ticket is required
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Willingness and availability to travel to different locations
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation capabilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment or independently as required
  • Strong work ethic, a desire to succeed and willingness to take initiative
