About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and driven Trainee Engineers - iPaaS Support who are eager to start

their career in technology. As part of our training and development program, you will gain hands-on experience in real-time support projects and be support projects along with multiple integration and automation platforms such as TIBCO, Boomi, Workato, Data Engineering, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Key Responsibilities:

● Undergo structured technical training in Integration, Automation, and AI Technologies.

● Work closely with project teams to provide application and system support for multiple customers.

● Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining solutions using Unix/Linux, Python, Java, and

Database technologies.

● Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues independently or under the guidance of senior engineers.

● Document processes, configurations, and learnings as part of the knowledge management

process.

● Provide support on upgrade and maintenance for the production and disaster recovery

environments periodically.

● Provide 24x7 customer support according to a roster schedule.

● Learn and apply concepts of API integration, cloud-based workflows, and data

transformation.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

● Basic programming knowledge in Python and Java.

● Basic experience in Operating systems like Unix/Linux

● Understanding of SQL Database concepts .

● Interest in AI, Data Engineering, and emerging technologies.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

● Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Training Exposure:

Selected candidates will be trained and mentored in:

● Integration Tools: TIBCO, Boomi, Workato

● Data Technologies: Advance SQL, ETL, Cloud Data Platforms

● AI & Automation Skills: Python for AI/ML, workflow automation

Educational Qualification:

● Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related

disciplines.

● Experience range: 0 to 1 year
