Crew Lead – Exterior Cleaning (Leadership Role)

We're looking for a strong leader to run crews in the field and help scale a fast-growing exterior cleaning company.

This role is for someone who:

  • Leads by example

  • Takes ownership

  • Can motivate a team

  • Cares about quality, efficiency, and customer experience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a daily crew

  • Ensure job quality and safety standards

  • Communicate with customers professionally

  • Train and coach crew members

  • Hit daily production targets

  • Represent the company at a high level

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership or crew supervision experience preferred

  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable with ladders, heights, and physical work

  • Organized, punctual, and accountable

  • Ability to problem-solve on-site

  • Valid driver's license (MANDATORY)
