MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing and editing documents (Word, and Excel)
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Organizing Electronic Files
  • Grievance Administration (Logging and Tracking)
  • Analyzing data and assistance with research
  • Assist with administrative support
  • Support other Human Resources projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preference given to students enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program with a focus on Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week)
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint
  • Strong professionalism with the ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must be committed to Health and Safety
