This is a Sales Management position for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and results — without needing their hand held every step of the way.
About the Role
You'll be working within a high-volume, fast-moving inventory environment, with 200+ used vehicles on the ground and regular incoming shipments of new Kia models. This role requires someone who understands how inventory flow, pricing strategy, and performance management intersect in a real dealership setting — not just on paper.
You'll be the driver behind key performance areas that shape how our customers view us and how our dealership grows, including:
- CSI performance — tracking, improving, and building a customer-first culture
- RDR accuracy & efficiency — ensuring clean, timely processes
- Gross performance — identifying opportunities, celebrating wins, and tightening gaps
- Google review growth — championing an online reputation that reflects who we are
