Sales Broker/Producer – Personal/Commercial

Location: Fonthill, Ontario

Located in the heart of Fonthill, we are passionate about helping our clients and local companies in Niagara and the surrounding area navigate the world of insurance.

Personal & Commercial Lines Insurance Broker

We are looking for a full-time, experienced RIBO Licensed Personal Insurance Broker to work within our dynamic team-oriented work environment. With a relaxed feel our focus is on service and providing clients with the right insurance coverage and making them feel like part of the family.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

● Maintaining a strong relationship with clients.

● Develop Strategies to obtain new clients.

● Quoting new and renewal business

● Servicing new & existing clients

● Handling incoming calls and quote requests.

Skills & Experience Required

● RIBO Licensed

● Insurance Customer Service: min 2 year

● Experience with Insurance Company Portals, Broker Management Systems (Power Broker an asset) and Quoting systems (Compu-quote an asset)

● Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

● Proficient in MS Word and Outlook

● Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.

● Self- motivated and resourceful with sound problem solving skills
