We are seeking a Personal Lines Sales, Service & Business Development Advisor to join our team — someone who thrives on building trust, delivering expert advice, and balancing proactive sales with exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain new business opportunities through referrals, inbound leads, and proactive outreach.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts to enhance client coverage.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners, aligned with LIFT's values.
  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines clients with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle renewals, policy changes, and client communications promptly and thoroughly.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records within Applied Epic (or similar BMS).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business development, retention, and client satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ Years of Experience in Personal Lines insurance.
  • Active RIBO license in good standing.
  • Proven ability to balance sales performance with client service excellence.
  • Strong understanding of home, auto, and personal specialty markets.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Applied Epic or comparable broker management systems.
