Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and grill made-to-order menu items such as burgers, souvlaki, chicken, and other grill selections
  • Cook food according to Zet's standards for quality, taste, and presentation
  • Set up, stock, and maintain the grill station during service
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and smooth service
  • Monitor grill inventory and report low stock as needed
  • Keep grills, tools, and prep areas clean and organized
  • Support general prep duties when required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Grill Cook or Line Cook
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Team-oriented with clear communication skills
  • Able to stand for extended periods and work in a hot environment
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid Food Handler Certification
