KORS Tire is a fast-growing, locally owned tire shop with locations in Kelowna and Vernon. We sell tires factory direct, move a high volume, and run a honest, straight forward operation. We're looking for an organized, reliable Sales & Marketing Coordinator to keep our paperwork tight and marketing consistent.

What You'll Do

Sales & Admin

  • Manage back office invoices, expense receipts and sales paperwork
  • Handle warranty paperwork and customer records
  • Keep tire inventory and our software systems (Shopify / Protractor / QuickBooks) organized and accurate
  • Manage the receiving of incoming tire shipments from our suppliers

Marketing & Social Media

  • Post regularly to Facebook, Instagram, and Marketplace
  • Refresh existing ads and promotions
  • Track and record marketing analytics in Excel
  • Assist with execution of sales promotions as needed

You are not responsible for strategy. You'll be given clear direction and expectations.
