This is a self-employment, performance-based contractor role with earnings linked to your results and consistency rather than fixed salary or hourly pay.

Responsibilities

In this independent contractor role, you will:

  • Participate in ongoing leadership, mindset, and performance development
  • Apply structured systems to support decision-making and professional growth
  • Communicate with qualified inquiries through phone or video (no cold calling)
  • Use digital tools to support visibility, engagement, and outreach
  • Build advanced communication, leadership, and personal effectiveness skills
  • Follow a clear daily method of operation while working independently
  • Leverage simple AI-assisted tools to support workflow, organization, and daily performance tracking

Requirements

  • 5+ years in leadership, management, business development, consulting, or people-focused roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

  • Comfortable operating as an independent contractor

Compensation
