As a Spa Attendant at trove, you are one of the first touch points for every guest entering our space, and your role is of critical importance to our overall client experience, and to our team.

Expectations and Values

The Spa Attendant will work closely with trove's Concierge Team, General Manager, Assistant General Manager, class facilitators, and clinical practitioners. Your main role is to maintain the smooth flow of operations, ensuring that clients receive optimal services. As Spa Attendant your focus will be on maintaining the cleanliness of different rooms and areas, preparing the facilities, sanitizing tools and equipment, monitoring the inventory of supplies, and assisting the team as needed.

This position offers a significant opportunity to learn and grow across various areas of the business, while collaborating with our growing team. We're looking for a candidate with strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset. The ideal candidate is deeply dedicated to excellence in client service, and is a proactive problem solver who seeks to improve processes and maintain systems. They should have strong organizational skills, be able to plan ahead, and stay calm under pressure. Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude are also critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities


•      Greeting all trove guests with direct eye contact, a smile, and a warm welcome;


•      Upholds the highest level of cleanliness and disinfection procedures;


•      Meticulously maintains a highly organized facility;


•      Assists clients with any request they may have including but not limited to: providing towels, robes, slippers + tea;


•      Keep a close eye on towel drops and laundry bins in each room and empties bins when full/between appointments;


•      Assists facilitators before class to ensure the guests have all their needs met, including but not limited to cold towels, water, blankets, cushions, etc.;


•      Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area, and all common areas;


•      Assisting as needed with inventory, product displays and preparing for special events;


•      Maintaining a positive can-do attitude, and responding to the evolving needs of the trove team;


•      Opening and closing the space as required.
