We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Spa Attendant to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our spa facilities are always clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. You'll play a key role in maintaining the serene atmosphere our guests expect and assist in delivering an exceptional spa experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all spa areas including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and relaxation lounges.
  • Restock towels, robes, amenities, and supplies as needed.
  • Support spa therapists and reception staff with guest preparation and scheduling.
  • Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met at all times.
  • Provide basic information about spa services and promote a calm, peaceful environment.
  • Report maintenance or supply issues promptly to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
