As a Housekeeping Aide in Long Term Care, you'll do more than simply perform your daily tasks; you'll build impactful relationships with the individuals who consider XXXX their home. What You'll Be Doing:
You will be a welcomed member of the Long Term Care team at Community, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference in residents' lives. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will do meaningful work everyday ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents'. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.
How You'll Succeed
Provide Thorough Cleaning
Provide excellent cleaning and sanitizing of the residents' rooms as well as the common areas in the community
Ensure the supplies are suitable and the equipment is in proper working order
Deliver the cleaning in a positive and professional manner
Provide Resident Privacy and Room Preparation
Ensure residents' privacy is respected
Prepare rooms for new Residents ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and welcoming
Who You are:
Secondary school graduate or approved equivalent

You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
