We are seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead and enhance our safety culture across Brock Solutions' operations. This role is focused on ensuring the safe execution of site commissioning activities, and aligning our safety commitments with customer expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible to drive continuous improvement and accountability across our teams and partners.

Responsibilities may include:
- Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety programs and practices.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, WHMIS, and regional safety regulations.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver health and safety training sessions for employees and management.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and records.
- Collaborate with HR and management on workplace safety initiatives.
- Champion continuous improvement in safety culture and practices.
- Engage with business leadership to ensure safety is integrated without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Represent Brock Solutions as a safety officer or agent of an officer in regulatory and customer-facing contexts.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in health and safety roles, preferably in industrial or construction environments.
- Familiarity with safety processes for engineers and technologists working in industrial and construction settings.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA (U.S.) and WHMIS/WSIB (Canada) regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with safety management software is an asset.
- CRSP (Canada), CSP (U.S.), or equivalent certification preferred.
