Hello We are a small neighbourhood bakery located in the Dunbar–Southlands area of Vancouver, near Kerrisdale and UBC. We enjoy making good bread and pastries and serving our lovely neighbours. We are currently looking for an experienced Head Barista. As a Head Barista, you will be responsible for delivering delicious coffee and engaging with our daily regular customers.

As a Head Barista, you will:

  • Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Manage daily operations, including managing inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
  • Prepare and deliver high‑quality coffee and tea beverages
  • Lead and support FOH staff during service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Support baristas with ongoing training, feedback, and development
  • Communicate clearly with bakers to ensure smooth operations
  • Represent our brand, value and vision

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of cafe leadership experience preferred
  • Team player with strong communication and organization skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Love connecting with customers
  • Passion for baked goods and coffee
