Patient Services Specialist

Our FYidoctors - Penticton - Skaha Lake clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Patient Services Specialist.
This position is a part-time role working 20-29 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday. The schedule for this role will work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients everyday. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be responsible for front desk reception as well as pre-testing duties and will often be the first point of contact with patients.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
- Checking patients in and out of the office
- Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
- Administering pre-testing services
- Upholding excellent customer service standards
What Do You Bring?
- Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
- An ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

The expected starting compensation for this position is between $19.19 to $19.57 hourly, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
