Supplier Quality Engineer

Our client is manufacturer located in Vaughan and they are currently in search of a Supplier Quality Engineer. What is critical for them is that you have previous work experience working for an automotive OEM or tier 1 manufacturing company that has metal stamping and welding processes where you oversaw their supplier base.
Minimum Requirements:
A degree if diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Certified Quality Engineer preferred
At least 3 years of work experience a Supplier Quality Engineer while being employed with a tier 1 or OEM automotive manufacturer that has stamping and welding processes
IATF Internal auditor certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
Works directly with suppliers developing PFMEA
Participates in Supplier APQP activities.
Schedules launch reviews
Participates in company APQP Activities
Maintains Quality Records
