Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking and an eye for precision, capable of transforming raw materials into high-quality cabinetry. This role requires proficiency in various woodworking techniques and the ability to read and interpret schematics. As a Cabinet Maker, you will play a vital role in creating custom cabinets that meet our clients' specifications and enhance their spaces.

Duties

  • Fabricate cabinets and furniture according to design specifications and client requirements.
  • Utilize hand tools and CNC machinery to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
  • Read and interpret blueprints or schematics to ensure accurate construction.
  • Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, or painting to achieve desired aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication process.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role in woodworking.
  • Familiarity with concrete forming, drywall installation, caulking, and general maintenance person skills is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of using hand tools and CNC machinery effectively.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
  • Experience as a carpenter is advantageous, with skills in plumb work being beneficial.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
