We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues
  • Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and transaction records
  • Engage in upselling and sales opportunities to promote additional products or services
  • Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns promptly
  • Support multilingual customers by providing services in both English and Spanish as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Bilingual proficiency in English required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Experience with sales, upselling, or cross-selling techniques advantageous
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining professionalism and patience
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
