Your duties:

  • Delivering extraordinary guest experience

  • Directing restaurant operations – ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively

  • Training and mentoring your Associates to be guest-focused

  • Motivating peak team performance

  • Managing, monitoring and analyzing costs

  • Ensure operational and brand compliance are met on all barBurrito standards and policies

  • Work to attain and acquire new customers

  • Successfully pass all in-store audits

  • Maintain active files on all associates

  • Train all in-house associates on new product rollouts

  • Ability to deal with guest complaints

  • Flexible work schedule
