We are seeking reliable and motivated Skilled Labour Workers to join our clients' teams on various projects across Calgary and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in construction, trades, or industrial environments who are eager to contribute to dynamic worksites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general and skilled labour tasks including assembly, installation, demolition, and site preparation.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Assist tradespeople with various construction and maintenance projects.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction, trades, or industrial labour.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation considered an asset.
  • Safety certifications (e.g., CSTS, WHMIS, First Aid) are an asset but not required.

Compensation & Schedule:
  • Hourly Pay: $20 - $24 (depending on experience and certifications).
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends or nights may be available).
