Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable visit. This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively environment where teamwork and professionalism are valued.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their meal
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual methods
- Serve food, drinks, and desserts promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their dining experience and addressing any needs or concerns
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards
- Assist with setting up tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; hospitality background is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to serve multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Experience with food preparation or barista skills is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$25.13 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 24 per week
