Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of production, ensuring we meet customer requirements, optimize efficiency, and deliver on time.

  • Cultivate a culture of safety and quality, ensuring compliance with all regulations and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, driving productivity gains and cost reduction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational alignment and achieve strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).

  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

  • Bilingual (English/French).
