As a General Labourer at Ledcor, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to assist skilled tradespeople and project teams in completing tasks efficiently and safely. Essential Responsibilities:

• Complete general labour tasks as directed by the superintendent or foreman on site
• Work closely with all crew members, and learn the construction industry standards
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work site
• Ensure quality of work meets or exceeds expectations
• Ensure all small tools assigned to the crew are cleaned, stored and maintained properly

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting (up to 25 pounds), in confined spaces and in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat etc.)
• Intermediate First Aid and Transportation Endorsement, WHIMS, and Fall protection certification (completed or willingness to obtain)
• Driven to be a part of a growing division in a successful construction company.
• Safety orientated with a safe work mindset
• Detail oriented with a passion for learning the construction industry
• Experience in the commercial construction field

Work Conditions:

• Daily shift Monday to Friday, working 8 hours per day
• Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
