What We Need
Reporting to the Manager, Technical Services, the
Landscape Maintenance Attendant
will develop and maintain the appearance of the site's landscaping in accordance with brand standards.

You will support the elevation of our culture through the lens of our pillars: The best in wellness | The feeling of somewhere else | A trouble-free experience | In a natural state.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain perennials and shrubs in season (fertilization, watering, trimming);
  • Assist with landscaping projects; re-leveling and sanding of pavers, mulching property gardens, replacing/relocating trees.
  • Keep the tool and product storage area well organized and inventory levels maintained;
  • Participate in daily site maintenance and upkeep of the entire property; includes ice and snow removal during winter months, leaves during the fall.
  • Perform work by using equipment such as Kubota tractor (with various implements), Kubota RTV, and department truck.
  • Assisting with fireplaces and outdoor fire cauldrons during morning startup (cleaning and lighting); maintaining kindling and firewood inventory levels.
  • Perform other related duties

Profile needed
What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position

  • Experience in general landscaping and outdoor upkeep;
  • Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques;
  • Good physical condition: ability to work in a noisy, hot and/or cold outdoor environment, ability to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 50lbs (22,5 kg) with ease.
  • Works well collaboratively and takes initiative when working independently.

When
You will work 40 hours a week (days, evenings, weekends, holidays). Projects may require some flexibility in scheduling.
