About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor who will oversee daily logistics operations while managing facility maintenance and providing hands-on support in warehouse functions when needed. This role combines strategic oversight with day-to-day coordination and is ideal for a leader who's comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with operational involvement.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Management & Coordination

  • Oversee and coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize shipping performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and shipping/receiving workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and implement best practices.

Facilities Management

  • Conduct routine inspections and coordinate preventative maintenance for the buildings.
  • Ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Lead facility improvement projects and contribute to long-term maintenance planning.

Warehouse Supervisor

  • Provide leadership and backup coverage for warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and staging.
  • Support training of warehouse staff in best practices, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
  • Operate or oversee operation of material-handling equipment as certified.
  • Step in as needed to ensure daily warehouse operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management; prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $27.00-$31.00 per hour
