Reporting to Central 1's Chief Client and Operations Officer, the incoming Vice President, People and Culture (the "VP, People and Culture") is a strategic, people-centric leader with a proven track record of improving employee experience, organizational culture and business performance through a time of growth and transformation. A trusted advisor to the Chief Client and Operations Officer and Central 1's Executive Leadership Team, the incoming VP, People and Culture plays a pivotal role in developing and executing Central 1's People and Culture strategy, ensuring that Central 1's HR programs are developed in alignment with its organizational strategy and strategic goals. Highly influential and engaging, the VP, People and Culture champions the need to have best-in-class company culture and is passionate in building strong, adaptable HR frameworks that drives and results in extraordinary employee and client experience. A highly credible and capable leader, the VP, People and Culture has the ability to build relationships and partnerships with a multitude of key stakeholders as well as engage, motivate and effectively lead diverse teams across geographies while inspiring, attracting and retaining the very best talent for Central 1.

The ideal Vice President, People and Culture is an action-oriented leader with superior leadership, management, negotiation and communication skills and extensive proven experience as a trusted HR and business partner to the CEO and leadership team. A seasoned human resources and business executive, the incoming VP, People and Culture drives employee engagement, fosters a performance-driven work culture and contributes to HR strategy, workforce planning and organizational design; coaching and talent management; employee compensation, pension and benefits; learning, development and performance management; employee relations and DEI strategy; workplace experience and design; and HR compliance. With the ability to translate long-term vision to day-to-day accountability, the VP, People and Culture guides change management and seamlessly leads Central 1's talent and cultural transformation efforts and initiatives.

With
15+ years of extensive and progressive HR and business experience within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment including financial services, technology, retail or other sectors undergoing change and transformation, the VP, People and Culture has extensive experience in culture transformation, change management, and organizational design/development. A dynamic leader who thrives on balancing high performance and stakeholder alignment with a genuine care for people, the incoming VP, People and Culture has wide-range of knowledge and experience in human resource and business issues and a comprehensive understanding of employment law related matters. A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation as well as a change management designation are also valuable assets.

Energized by new challenges and with a passion for building strong, adaptable HR frameworks, the incoming VP, People and Culture has excellent project management, organizing and planning skills as well as the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Adept at leveraging and utilizing data to identify trends and diagnose organizational effectiveness issues, the VP, People and Culture's data-driven approach drives continuous improvement practices and promote agile and lean operations to enhance HR efficiency and generate results.
