Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Account Manager to serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met with exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships, driving business growth, and providing strategic technical solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients across various industries, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales, account management, and marketing to deliver value and foster client success.

Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Lead negotiations to secure new business deals and renewals, aligning client needs with company offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical support to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct analysis of client data using Salesforce and other tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, translating complex solutions into clear benefits aligned with their business objectives.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying prospects within existing accounts and supporting outreach efforts.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations that highlight product features and benefits to diverse stakeholders.
  • Lead training sessions or workshops to enhance client understanding of products or services.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and project progress within CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and renewals.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated business development capabilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and inform decision-making processes.
  • Leadership qualities that enable effective collaboration across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to account growth initiatives is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. This position offers an engaging environment where your expertise will directly impact client success and company growth through innovative solutions and strategic relationship management.

Pay: $89,000.00 per year
