Die-Max Warren is seeking Licensed Millwrights to join our team

We would also consider apprentices with the appropriate knowledge and experience.

We are seeking key individuals for day shift (M-F). Overtime is also available.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform lock out, tag out procedures and operate in a manner compliant with applicable safety regulations, codes and directives
  • Read, and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematic drawings, and specifications in an effective manner using your knowledge and experience
  • Install, align, dismantle, and move industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks, and conveyors according to plans using various tools and equipment
  • Operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes, jacks, and forklifts to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up, and repair of machinery
  • Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and understanding programmable logic controls
  • Select and use various hand and power tools as well as test and measuring devices
  • Adjust, repair or replace defective parts on various pieces of production machinery
  • Proficiently operate various machine shop equipment such as lathes, mills and grinders to fabricate parts
  • Clean, lubricate and perform other routine preventive maintenance work on machinery
  • Proactively inspect and examine machinery and various equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions prior to breakdown
  • Effectively maintain records and documentation

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright license, or recognized completion of millwright apprenticeship and / or 5 years related successful hands-on trade experience
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
  • Previous experience within the automotive manufacturing industry working on and understanding metal stamping presses (200 – 1000 tons) is preferred

This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of our facility, ensuring that all equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is ready to contribute their expertise as part of our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00-$44.00 per hour
